Li Yun presides over the meeting of the theoretical study group of the Municipal Government Party Committee

On April 25th, the Municipal Government Party Committee's theoretical study group held a meeting to deepen the study and implementation of the important speeches and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on party discipline education. The meeting fully implemented the requirements of the Party Central Committee's "Notice on Conducting Party Discipline Education throughout the Party," earnestly studied the "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China," and the relevant spirits of the Provincial Party Committee and Municipal Party Committee meetings. The meeting also discussed the implementation opinions within the Municipal Government system. Li Yun, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the Municipal Government Party Committee, and Mayor, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.
The meeting emphasized the need to enhance ideological understanding and further strengthen discipline consciousness. It is necessary to adhere to learning in its original form, study chapter by chapter, link theory with practice, and focus on studying the Party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, mass discipline, work discipline, and life discipline. Discussions should be conducted to promote the deep understanding and internalization of the Party regulations, truly understanding laws and regulations, clearly knowing the rules, respecting and fearing them, being vigilant, and maintaining the bottom line. Learning with a problem-oriented approach is essential to further strengthen the construction of a clean government. The learning and education of Party discipline should be integrated with the promotion of the government's party conduct and integrity building. By comparing the requirements of Party conduct, identifying gaps, tracing the roots of party nature requirements, and aligning with the demands of Party discipline, we should continue to rectify formalism, ... integrate key tasks such as poverty alleviation, rural revitalization, ecological environment protection, flood control, and disaster reduction into our work, fulfill our duties, and truly turn the results of learning and education on Party discipline into a strong driving force for entrepreneurship, and translate it into tangible achievements that promote development.
