A few days ago, the Provincial Department of Transportation research team came to Mianyang to investigate and inspect highway administration work.
The research team went to Anzhou District, Jiangyou City, Pingwu County and other places to inspect in detail the development of Mianyang highway overrun off-site law enforcement and information platform construction, fixed and mobile overrun control point standardized management and other related work through on-site inspection and listening to reports, and put forward guidance on standard identification, transfer process, information publicity and other standardized management in the process of work.
The research group fully affirmed the management of out of gauge transportation in Mianyang. The research group requires that we should further promote the comprehensive law enforcement reform of transportation, gradually establish and improve the team system of highway overload control, and constantly improve the ability and level of administration according to law; we should actively carry out to shoulder and collaborative joint law enforcement of road police, adhere to the mode of "fixed detection first, mobile detection second", and promote the formation of a joint mechanism of transportation and public security to combat "double overload" transportation. We should explore the promotion of science and technology, strengthen the construction and application of overload non-stop detection system, and create a safe and smooth traffic environment for people's travel.
