So Mianyang is now facing unprecedented major development opportunities. In 2018, Mianyang’s economic development has continued to seek progress while maintaining stability. At present, Sichuan Zhongyou Jiuzhou Beidou Science and Technology Energy Co., Ltd., co-founded by China National Petroleum Corporation, Jezetek Group, and Xi’an Beidou Juli Energy Technology Co., Ltd., has developed rapidly and is in good operating condition. It is expected that the co-founders should continue to strengthen cooperation and jointly build Sichuan Zhongyou Jiuzhou Beidou Science and Technology Energy Co., Ltd. into the most influential petroleum Internet logistics service platform in China. It is hoped that they should also build on the existing cooperation basis and seek more common grounds in the science and technology industry, financial services and the construction of the Development Zone of China Science and Technology City, so as to push forward the cooperation to a higher level.
Jiao Fangzheng congratulated Mianyang on the development and accomplishment achieved last year and introduced the basic situation of China National Petroleum Corporation. He said that China National Petroleum Corporation is very optimistic about Mianyang’s upward development environment and huge development potential, and will regard Mianyang as an important city in the strategic layout of the company.
