Women can shoulder the heavy responsibility. The second council of Mianyang Women Entrepreneurs Association was elected by the General Assembly on December 18, 2016. In the past five years, with the support of women's federations at all levels, entrepreneurs' associations and relevant departments, the members of the second council of the association, under the leadership of the president Yang Qiuping, have always adhered to the purpose of the association. At the meeting, members of the third council were elected after deliberating and voting on the work report of the second council and the financial work report of the second council. Yang Yan, chairman of Sichuan Sanding Financial Warehousing Co., LTD., was elected president of the third council of Mianyang Women Entrepreneurs Association.
"Being elected as a new president brings pressure, but more responsibility." Yang Yan said that in the future work, the association will, under the strong leadership of the city women's federation, further develop services for member enterprises and solve problems, so as to enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the association. At the same time, the meeting awarded the certificate of founding president, the certificate of the member of the third council, commended the outstanding members, excellent directors and excellent vice presidents during the work of the second council, awarded the March Eighth Red Flag Winner award to member Zhang Xiaoling, and awarded the association founder award to President Yang Qiuping.
