The flow outside the province is concentrated in Guangdong, Zhejiang, Beijing, Chongqing, Xinjiang and other places. In the province, Chengdu Plain Economic Zone and the city are the main ones, most of them are engaged in manufacturing, construction and service industries. 80% of the people travel from the seventh to the fifteenth day of the first month, and most of them travel by road and railway .
On this basis, our city has established a "point-to-point, one-stop" transmission mode. We should actively contact relevant departments, comprehensively increase transportation capacity dispatching, ensure transportation connection, carry out cross regional and cross provincial labor transportation in a planned and organized way, and operate "point-to-point, one-stop" charter cars as needed, so as to meet the needs of migrant workers returning to work as far as possible, and ensure that migrant workers' friends can "get out of home, get on the door, and get into the factory door".At the same time, all passenger stations and airports in southern suburbs have set up special windows and volunteer service desks for migrant workers to purchase tickets quickly and travel safely. Since the fourth day of the first month, 39 chartered buses have been set up in Jiaoling, Longgang and Beibei of Guangdong Province, transferring 1158 migrant workers. In addition, we have actively won 130 free seats from the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security to allow migrant workers to "fly directly" to Shenzhen and Ningbo.
Moreover, in order to ensure the steady employment of migrant workers without discount, according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, our city has carried out a number of special employment recruitment activities, mainly online and supplemented offline. Relying on the ways of "live broadcast with posts" without closing, cloud recruitment without stopping, and air double election without interruption, we have established a "fast bridge" between job seekers and employment enterprises, To effectively relieve the "recruitment difficulties" and "job-hunting difficulties" in Mianyang.At present, 35000 employment information in Mianyang has been intensively released through government websites such as Sichuan migrant workers service network, Mianyang public employment recruitment network, Sichuan construction industry development service platform and social platforms such as Zhilian recruitment. According to statistics, since December 2020, Mianyang has held 45 online and offline job fairs, including 5 online job fairs after the Spring Festival in 2021, with a total of 2,340 people reaching employment intention.
