5G network construction in an orderly manner. A total of 3,455 base stations have been built in Mianyang, covering the central urban area, important transportation hubs, party and government offices, the city's core business district, key university research institutes, key industrial parks and key scenic spots, providing infrastructure support for the development of information service industry.
The industrial Internet was initially set up. Actively promote the networking of industrial equipment to the cloud, and gradually build a network infrastructure with low latency, high reliability and wide coverage. The pilot test project of industrial Internet platform in Changhong Electronic information industry cluster has been accelerated. Data access of 420 sets of industrial equipment has been realized, and the ecological rudiment of industrial Internet has been initially constructed.
The Internet of things continues to be promoted. Promote the construction of Internet of things sensing facilities, basically achieve the full coverage of the Internet of things in the urban area, and nearly 4,000 NB IOT base stations have completed the Nb networking in the urban area, and can provide nb-iot Internet of things access services.
Overall implementation of data center. A number of industrial cloud platforms and big data centers have been built. Mianyang Mobile's western China Cloud Computing Center (Mianyang) has settled in the unit. Some supporting construction of Jiuzhou Group's military industrial big data center has been completed. Jiangyou Anyi big data center project has been accelerated. China Science and Technology City big data center, Sichuan Telecom's "magic mirror" video cloud base, Sichuan Radio and television, and Sichuan Unicom data center have been started Preliminary work of the project.
Construction of charging piles will be accelerated. 3,134 public, special and private charging piles (stations) have been built in the Mianyang, with a reported installed capacity of 52,829KVA, of which public charging piles account for 89%, mainly distributed in commercial buildings, schools, hospitals and other public places. At the same time, the "fourteenth five year plan" of charging pile is speeding up the preparatory work.
Traditional infrastructure has been upgraded. Promote the opening and sharing of communication base stations and floor poles, take the lead in promoting the technical specifications and engineering construction standards of multi-functional poles and towers in the province, and promote the multi-functional poles and towers to gradually meet the functions of video monitoring, traffic management, environmental monitoring, 5G communication, information interaction, emergency help and so on.
New smart city releases top-level design. The overall plan for the construction of new smart city in Mianyang was issued and implemented, and the "1-2-5-13" new smart city construction action was proposed. "I Mianyang" app (Mianyang Service Platform) has been successfully put into operation, promoting the innovation of urban management and public service mode.
New achievements have been made in the creation of innovation platform. There are 2 new engineering laboratories in Sichuan Province, with a total number of 21; 4 new engineering technology research centers in Sichuan Province, with a total number of 32; and 11 new enterprise technology centers in Sichuan Province, with a total number of 95. The number of above platforms ranks first among prefecture level cities in Sichuan Province. At the same time, the municipal engineering laboratory, municipal key laboratory and municipal enterprise technology center independently organized and implemented by Mianyang have been carried out in an orderly manner, which has laid a solid foundation for the cultivation of national provincial innovation platform.
Scientific and Technological achievements transformation platform service is more accurate. The national dual-use technology trading center and Sichuan large-scale scientific instrument sharing platform carried out market-oriented operation and normalized docking, and organized the transformation of 100 science and technology projects.
