The reporter recently learned from the municipal bureau of natural resources and planning that the evaluation experience of the implementation of the municipal land space planning was selected by the ministry of natural resources into the "Assessment of the Current Situation of Urban and County Land Space Development and Protection(Phase ii)".
Since the beginning of the year, the bureau of land and space planning of the ministry of natural resources has organized six provinces and 10 cities to carry out the preliminary assessment and exploration in order to promote the evaluation of the current situation of land and space development and protection in various regions. In order to implement this requirement, in the evaluation work,  taking high quality development as the goal, through "safety, innovation, coordination, green, open, sharing" six dimensions to review the overall situation, Mianyang government established a high degree of correspondence between the development concept and the implementation of the plan, putting forward countermeasures for the new round of land space planning.
During the construction of the evaluation index system, the municipal bureau of natural resources and planning put forward such characteristic indexes as "quantity of scientific and technological achievements transferred and transformed", "area of incubation platform" and "amount of enterprise patent application" to evaluate the effect and problems of scientific and technological innovation in promoting economic development. In view of the fact that there was a big gap between the mean value and the level of urban areas, Mianyang government, on the basis of the overall evaluation, increased the research on the subdivision index of districts and counties, and deeply understood the efficiency level of Mianyang's resource utilization, and provides the basis for the overall pattern and land space planning of the next stage.
